Team Dynamix Conditioning is the follow up course to the Weight Loss Programme.
Structure:
Two sessions a week for four weeks.
Content:
Resistance work is the focus this time around. You’ve lost some weight now it’s time to sculpt the body into the shape you want. We will continue with the exercise principles you learnt in the original Team Dynamix Weight Loss programme, but now we’re going to step it up a gear!
Education:
We’ll follow up the original education with more in depth knowledge via webinars. We’ll have further articles and topics on our social media and we’ll teach you why you should avoid certain foods, what the balance should be between acid and alkaline foods and our top tips on how to incorporate this into your lifestyle.
Results:
As with the Weight Loss Programme you will see amazing results. You will continue to lose weight throughout the programme whilst building your strength and fitness.
