Team Dynamix Weight Loss has been devised and designed by International Fitness Expert and Presenter, Steve Jack. The 4 week, 12 session group exercise programme is giving amazing results to it’s attendees!

What is it?

Team Dynamix is a four week weight loss programme comprising:

  • 12 small group exercise sessions, conducted three times per week for the four week course
  • Specific Nutrition Plan
  • Health Education
  • Course book to reinforce the education and for participants to record measurements and food diary

The Concept

The concept behind Team Dynamix is about eliminating certain food types, eating the right balance of the food groups and moving the cells of the body from an acidic state to a more alkaline state. We do this for a number of reasons, but the key one is that this is the best and the healthiest way to lose weight.

The Nutrition

We will teach you how certain foods trigger hormonal responses in the key systems that make it impossible for your body to give up your unwanted body fat.  It is based upon real food, not supplement shakes and will educate you on how to eat in order to keep the weight off once you have lost it.

The Exercise

You will train at the correct intensity with enough frequency to create the metabolic after-burn that is essential to any weight loss programme.  You will be combining resistance work with high intensity cardiovascular work –  this is known as metabolic conditioning.

Does it work?

The results speak for themselves, on average our clients lose between 5 – 7 Kg (10 – 14 lbs) in four weeks. The greatest weight loss we have seen is a massive 11kg (25lbs
